As the lead contributor and team lead of a group of 6 UX/UI designers, I provided creative direction for all dashboard projects, designing over 30 new frameworks and features. I collaborated closely with the design systems team to develop new patterns and visual standards for the Citi Design System (CDS), ensuring scalability for future initiatives. Throughout the project, I mentored designers of varying experience levels and partnered with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, research, and marketing—while participating in roadmap discussions with product leadership. My focus was to enhance efficiency, improve findability, and drive digital engagement, while addressing user pain points such as difficulty navigating the system, slow task completion, and lack of proactive insights. This redesign not only improved the customer experience but also aligned with Citi’s broader business objectives to maintain trust, drive revenue, and improve self-service.
